-3 artists on site with Jillian Darville serving as the lead artist

-we will need the venue to provide a 6’ table, linen, and 3 chairs.

-as many 5×7” guest portraits completed on site as possible and the remaining portraits will be mailed to guests individually following the holiday party.

-5×7” watercolor faceless guest portraits (fashion illustration style) on watercolor paper in protective plastic sleeves

-guest count: 200-220
